Mr. Chow, our founder and management director, graduated from University of Ulster (UK), is a fellow member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAE&W), Taxation Institute of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Securities Institute.

Mr. Chow has been in general practice for more than 30 years. He has accumulated extensive experience in providing assurance, financial reporting, tax planning and corporate finance, especially in the financial due diligence for the deals of merger and acquisition,  and preparing accountants’ reports on the “major transaction and very substantial transaction for the acquisition/disposal deals for listed companies in Hong Kong.  

 

Mr. Chow has considerable experience in assurance and advisory services. He provides audit services for listed companies from a wide range of industries, including property development, construction, manufacturing, broker securities, asset management, logistic, education, and mining, watch and jewellry and information technology etc.
