KTC Partners CPA Limited, incorporated in 2008, is a full-fledged audit firm, offering services ranging from auditing and assurance, taxation, corporate restructuring, business advisory, internal control services, Pre-IPO consultation and insolvency, accounting and company secretarial services. We are currently the auditor of 21 companies listed on SEHK and are providing services to clients globally. 

In July 2024, we became a member firm of Chung Rui International Group Limited (中瑞国际企业管理集团有限公司), changing our Chinese practice name from “和信會計師事務所有限公司“ to “中瑞和信會計師事務所有限公司.“

We now benefit from increased resources and support from our affiliates in Mainland China.  The affiliation empowers us to enhance the breadth and depth of our professional services, ensuring we meet our clients' needs more comprehensively.

During the past years, we provided comprehensive professional services including audit assurance for listed companies and private companies in Hong Kong, internal control review, tax compliance and corporate tax advice and planning, business consultancy, company secretarial, insolvency and corporate finance etc. We are one of the approved auditors for projects supported by the Hong Kong Arts Development Council.
